Maybe you're not aware of it, but, if you are (or if you've ever been) subscribed to Jubilee's "digital club", you should have received by now the email mentioned in that post from last week on jubilee.la :

Jubilee's "members-only" record is finished, and we want to make sure it lands into the right hands - YOURS, that is, if you subscribed to Jubilee's "yearly membership" in 2008 or 2009.

We've been writing to all the past and present subscribers through the email addresses provided to Topspin. But if you haven't received instructions as to how to get your record (or if you can't access the email address associated with your Topspin account anymore, etc.), please contact us directly at jubilee.vinyl@gmail.com and we'll find a way.

Edit : Gmail, Hotmail (and maybe some others) seem to consider Topspin-issued mail as spam, so make sure to have a look into your spam folder too !

And if that wasn't enough social networking for you already, even more internet fun can be had on Jubilee's twitter (see the tiny box on the top right, pretty, huh ?) and on the new Facebook page.

Numero Uno - (Yet) more details about Jubilee's L.A. gigs, Jubilee on Twitter, Facebook, etc., etc., etc.,

..this time under the pen of no one else but Aaron himself, through a myspace blog : before Jubilee and Birthday Twin, Julianna Barwick will be opening, with Kevin Fitzgerald djing between the sets.

Meanwhile, things are getting a bit more defined too for the december 2nd show, where Jubilee will be sharing the stage with Seaspin, Little Girls and Woah Hunx, and for Jubilee's recently launched web-store where enough merch has been added to set up a whole winter wardrobe. Lots happening in Jubilee world indeed, so if you want to keep track it all, time for you webizens, bird-whisperers and global villagers of all kinds to add Jubilee's twitter or facebook profiles to your contact lists !

Some more news have appeared about Jubilee's show on november 17th at the Silverlake Lounge - this time through a blog on Birthday Twin/Fred Sablan's myspace :

Well it's been forever.
Birthday Twin will be playing Nov. 17th opening for Jubilee.
I've been wanting to play a show for a while, but a million ideas and projects and busy work got in the way. And I'm getting ready for more Goon Moon.
Recording full songs took a backseat to hundreds of fragmented ideas recorded for future use. Hopefully, I'll pull them together soon and release something.

SO...now a show. Aaron North asked if I'd want to play and I couldn't say no. I'm honored.

The band lineup for this show will be:

Alessandro Cortini
Jonsey

I feel lucky to have these two join me for a show. This will be a very live show with different arrangements, sounds, chords, tempos...basically a unique moment for this show. I'd hate to just perform the recorded music as is. Feel free to record, video, photograph, whatever...this will be a musical moment that won't be repeated. Next show I do will be totally different for this exact reason.

And the seventh brings return - Jubilee back live in LA

We all know the the I-Ching isn't exactly picky when it comes to figures, considering it'll rather be a full year than a full week since Jubilee played their last live gigs. But set your calendars and clocks, and consider yourself booked on the nights of november 17 and december 2, if you want to see Jubilee's new lineup in action. Together with Aaron and Troy are now Jenni Tarma and Tony Bevilacqua, now set to grace the boards of the Silverlake Lounge and The Fold in Bordello.. For more links and details, check our "tour dates" page, which has been updated accordingly.

And in more digital news, make sure to check Aaron's blog on myspace here, in which Jubilee's Web-Store is officially open. CDs, vinyls, limited editions, stickers, shirts, there has to be something for everyone's need and taste in there !
